For me Ker training definitely was the right choice to complete the gas managed learning program. I took the part time course with little prior experience. Frankie and the team were honest and helpful from the start and made every effort to facilitate me through the training and the getting work placements along the way. Ker training has a high standards approach to training engineers which was clear throughout and helped me build a professional work practice. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience which showed in that every question could be answered but didn’t make me feel overwhelmed. The facilities were great, we started straight onto practical learning along side theory which helped to build greater understanding . I did a lot of research before choosing this course and at the end of it I'm more than happy. This course has given me the skills to successfully change career. I would definitely recommend it.

First time doing my ACS Renewals was at Ker. Frankie & the team make you feel relaxed in a good environment aswell as making sure you get the relevant information & training. Ker will be first port of call for Any further training and when my renewal is due again

Attended Ker Training in the spring, to obtain my gas safety certificates and qualifications. Sadly, due to the Corona virus pandemic the training centre had to close down for a few weeks during my course. I was slightly uneasy about how safe it would coming into the training centre at this time. However, Frankie made adjustments to the timetable, which allowed me to return when I felt comfortable as well as putting safety measures in place. The course itself, covers all aspects required to work safely with gas when out on the job. The practical elements within the training centre are fantastic as they are set up in such a way, that all scenarios are covered. Any questions you have are answered clearly and in detail and no question is a stupid one. Throughout my time at the training centre, I was always made to feel comfortable and supported. The facilities provided onsite are great and the centre itself has been designed to put all individuals attending, into a modern and realistic working environment. Frankie was always available to reach via phone or email, seven days a week and Elaine was always available to answer any emails in a helpful and supportive manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be returning in the new year for additional courses as well as returning in five years time to resist my gas exams as required. Best training centre in Scotland. What a job Frankie has done. Nothing but good things to say about KER Training. Completed a 4 month MLP gas course and really enjoyed it. From day one until the end, the help and support I received from Frankie was second to none. No matter what time it was or even at the weekend, he was always there to chat and point me in right direction. The structure of classroom/workshop time really made the learning side so much easier inside a state of the art facility. A variety of different appliances, controls etc to learn on with a huge amount of knowledge given through books and PowerPoint. The only time Iv enjoyed studying in my life and the centre always had a good feeling in it when there. Can’t thank Frankie enough for all the knowledge passed on and all the help towards finding me employment after the course was done. I can happily say it was all worth all the time and money as I am now qualified in full employment as a Gas Engineer. Big thanks to Frankie and his family, looking forward to going back to do a few more courses in the near future. Cheers

i can't thank Ker Training enough. I am so happy I did my training here. They don't just throw books at you and leave you alone, they help you step by step. One thing for me was being sat in a class, which just wasn't for me. There were practical classes aswell which motivated me more. Frankie is an amazing professional, he is highly intelligent and very friendly too. He helped me through everything and would always know when some of us needed to get into the practical class to give us an extra boost of energy. The facilities at this centre are amazing, they have a wide range of different gas products to help the students learn more. The course is tough and you do have to put your time in at the centre and at home, but what helps is having a teacher who helps and motivates you. This course is worth every penny, what you would learn in a class of more than 20 people and in Ker training is very different. Ker training focus on your needs and help you get through it all but only if you put the work in and take it seriously. They want to help you succeed in life. I would recommend this place to anyone who is serious about becoming a gas engineer as you would never regret joining this place.
